WIFI: 

The WIFI is complimentary, log-in information is on the back of your room key. 

SERVICING OF ROOMS: 

Servicing of your room is currently by request.  If you would like your room serviced for the day please advise reception by 9am.   Fresh towels and extra guest amenities are also available at reception.

SMART TV OPERATION: 

All of our TVs have Chromecast built in: To use, power on TV; select the Netflix, Stan or Home button; follow the prompts to enter your account details to access. Please ensure that you sign out when finished. 

COOKING IN ROOMS: 

Due to NSW Fire Regulations there is to be no cooking in the Accommodation Rooms. 

CHECK-OUT: 

Check-out time is 10am. 

LAUNDRY: 

A self-service laundry is located at the rear of the property. Hours of operation are 7am to 8.30pm. Washing machine is complimentary. Dryer requires 3 x $1 coins for operation. Washing powder is available from Reception for $3. 

POOL: 

The pool is open from 7am until 8pm 

Please note: Children are to be supervised at all times when using the pool. 

PARKING: 

There is no allocated parking for your room, there is one car space available per room. There is ample street parking at the front of the property. There is no room on property for trailers, caravans, camper trailers or boats.

Monday to Thursday – 9am to 8pm

Friday – 9am to 6pm

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays – 9am to 5pm

In the event of an emergency, 24 hour assistance at the motel is available by calling 0484 031 100.

THE BAR AND RESTAURANT: 

Breakfast: 

Breakfast boxes are available for purchase from reception at $16 each.

Dinner/Room Service: 

Available Monday to Thursday from 6.00pm until 7:45pm. 

Bar: Open from 4pm – 8pm Monday to Thursday.

The Bar and Restaurant are closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 

SMOKING AREAS: 

To ensure there is no impact on other guests smoking is not permitted in rooms or outside of rooms, there are 2 smoking areas at the Motel. They are located in the front courtyard and the rear of the motel (near the laundry). 

LATE CHECK IN PROCEDURE: 

The Motel has a late check-in procedure, please contact the Motel direct if you are arriving outside of reception times. 

GYM ACCESS: 

The Motel has access to use the Anytime Fitness located less than 5-minutes walk down the street at 41 Grafton Street. Please see Reception for access and details 

PET ROOMS:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all of our guests, please review our pet policy before booking:

  • Pets are welcome in our pet friendly guest rooms. Pets are not welcome in any of our other guest rooms.
  • We allow up to 2 pets in each of our pet friendly rooms.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the room.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests.

SUPERMARKET AND LIQUOR STORE: 

Woolworths Supermarket and BWS liquor store is located in Park Avenue, approximately a five-minute walk from the Motel.

There are several pharmacies located close to the Motel. Please confirm with Reception for location and opening hours.
